A Lot Like Love is a romantic comedy about love at first sight, destiny, connection and friendship. It traces the relationship of Oliver (Ashton Kutcher) and Emily (Amanda Peet) who meet first at the airport in Los Angeles, next on the plane, and in New York City. The story covers seven years of their connection - from the time when they are acquaintances to the moment when they realize that they are real friends who have fallen in love with each other. It takes Oliver and Emily seven years to figure out that maybe what they really have is something...a lot like love.
